I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in April of 2001.  Upon graduation I received a medal of honor for my judiciary work.  I was the Sous-chef for a 4-star, 4-diamond Bed and Breakfast, Rose Inn in Lansing NY. The head chef for Pangea in Ithaca, NY.  I have been a culinary instructor at a local drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and also a manger for Hope's Way Catering.  

I am also pursuing a bachelor degree in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minor in science at Marywood University.  I am expected to graduate in December 2008.  I am a member of the American Dietetics Association.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Southern Tier Dietetics Association.
